Mak Yong

'Mak Yong' is a traditional dance to summon the spirit of paddy. It was originated from northern Malaysia. The illustration shows how 'Pak Yong' (the clown who calls the spirit) is wrapped by the leaves as a puppet. The spirit acts as a puppeteer (the hands) and control the Pak Yong's dance.

I'm thinking of t-shirt prints. Thoughts?

Che' Rabaah Riders

A logo for an old school bicycle club located in Taming Sari Dalam, Melaka.  The club members are Takep, Pie, Benji, Najib and Ajim, founded the club in 2012 and ever since active in riding. The members are cycling enthusiasts where they occasionally ride in the middle of the night with different type of bicycles.

The logo is a skull with sprocket each in the eye sockets. The skull is wearing a scarf which resemble the club's idol, Che' Rabaah, who are constantly taking care of the club's welfare and outings. The club's motto is "Riding The High Road" and the logo is in white and grey.

The logo will be printed on stickers and patches will be distributed among the club members with respective names and positions in the club.

I woke up this morning (3 p.m is my kind of morning) going through some of my works. I wasn't proud with my previous work 'Guttersnipe' heh. So I thought I'd fix and give it more attention. Here,

To continue with my so called passion for 'art', I did a sketch of Grahf from Xenogears the game. It's an epic (Playstation 1) game! I just finished playing it yesterday. It took me well a week so...kinda look forward to what I can do with this! Should be fun with a new type of style.

Nothing fancy, pretty shit if you ask me.
